I craft data-backed evergreen email automation campaigns and nurture, broadcast, and engagement emails. I analyze performance and optimize for high open rates—turning emails into powerful revenue-generating tools.

My role included the following responsibilities:

  1. Segment the email list to tailor messaging for specific customer groups based on past interactions, demographics, or behavior.
  2. Craft an irresistible subject line that is compelling, concise, and personalized to increase open rates. Test different variations to see which performs best.
  3. Create high-value content that enhances benefits over features and includes a clear, goal-aligned call-to-action (CTA).
  4. Optimize emails for mobile by ensuring they have a responsive design, as many recipients will view them on their phones.
  5. Test and analyze key elements, such as subject lines, CTAs, and visuals, through A/B testing. Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to refine and improve future campaigns.

List Segmentation

What: I built tailored email sequences for distinct audience segments, each organized by custom tags. The campaign included three audience types, each entering through different touchpoints and tagged accordingly in the system.

Why: List segmentation was essential for this campaign, as it allowed us to send highly targeted, relevant emails—leading to increased open rates, stronger engagement, and higher conversions.

Evergreen Email Automation Campaign

What: I developed an automated, evergreen email nurture campaign designed to engage and educate new subscribers over time. As they enter our CRM, subscribers are automatically categorized into one of two groups based on their interests, behaviors, or demographics.

Why: The campaign is designed to build trust, nurture leads, and guide them toward a desired action—such as purchasing, booking a consultation, or engaging further with our brand.

This Email Had a 35% Open Rate

Purpose of Email: A holiday season promotion aimed at increasing bookings for IV therapy appointments.

My Involvement: Led the design concept, collaborated with the design team, wrote the copy, built the full email in Mailchimp, and analyzed performance metrics afterward.

Email List Size: 2,400 subscribers

This Email Had a 43.6% Open Rate.

Purpose of Email: To re-engage past subscribers, understand their current needs, evaluate their actions, and ultimately convert them into paying customers.

My Involvement: Led the strategy, wrote the copy, built the entire email in Mailchimp, and analyzed the results afterward.

Email List Size: 2,174 subscribers.

This email had a 35.9% open rate.

Purpose of Email: Analyze a response rate after a series of nurture emails. Introduce an opportunity for one-on-one coaching with a sense of urgency.

My Involvement: Strategy, copywriting, creating the entire email inside MailChimp, and analyzing results afterward.

Email List Size: 2,267 subscribers.
