My role included the following responsibilities:
What: I built tailored email sequences for distinct audience segments, each organized by custom tags. The campaign included three audience types, each entering through different touchpoints and tagged accordingly in the system.
Why: List segmentation was essential for this campaign, as it allowed us to send highly targeted, relevant emails—leading to increased open rates, stronger engagement, and higher conversions.
What: I developed an automated, evergreen email nurture campaign designed to engage and educate new subscribers over time. As they enter our CRM, subscribers are automatically categorized into one of two groups based on their interests, behaviors, or demographics.
Why: The campaign is designed to build trust, nurture leads, and guide them toward a desired action—such as purchasing, booking a consultation, or engaging further with our brand.
Purpose of Email: A holiday season promotion aimed at increasing bookings for IV therapy appointments.
My Involvement: Led the design concept, collaborated with the design team, wrote the copy, built the full email in Mailchimp, and analyzed performance metrics afterward.
Email List Size: 2,400 subscribers
Purpose of Email: To re-engage past subscribers, understand their current needs, evaluate their actions, and ultimately convert them into paying customers.
